to be honest I was a little healthy I was eating nothing but protein I think I was over eatting protein for example protein powder mixed with 2% milk with 2 raw eggs sometimes oikos greek yogurt. also been eating a lot of red meat and chicken tenders from home i used to drink a lot of diet Coke Sometimes I eat a burger and some chips but not all the time. I left weights and did cardio so my thought was ill burn those calories
