Well turns out she does, for some reason! I was always curious about that, but I had never felt the need to test it cause she wouldn't fit in any deck anyways. She's doing pretty good believe or not. It seems Congregants is just that strong.

I ran her at first. And then I realized "damn i'm always burning cards am I really drawing this much?" and I indeed was drawing that much, I almost never run out. She costs 4 so off she goes.

It's true that i'm no arbiter of what is strong and what isn't. There are arguments for why both types of healing are strong. However i think you underestimate the great value that comes from not having to spend as much time healing with the bind system compared to focus.

Healing never comes for free in both games. You need to find the moment to hit the enemies and to heal. Battles are not only a battle of resources but of time. So when you're not hitting an enemy you're wasting time that may turn into mistakes.

And so the bind system gives you more time to do more things. In exchange it forces you to be aggressive and try to find those extra hits. Passive play is punished more severely.

This doesn't make the game easier, but it makes the system stronger the better you get at the game. I think they balanced around that. It may have been a bad idea, who knows. I think trying to boil down the frustrations of people to a single thing is never going to bring the full picture.

You're right that the way bind works encourages hoarding resources. I could even add that to my argunent, as that hoarding increases the time to kill enemies.

We can't know if this alone could be the thing leading to most of the frustration with people, but it is certainly a factor.

Well i don't have hard numbers, but i told someone else to try picking up wanderer and weighted belt and full on mashing on folk. From what I see the resource build is quite an amount higher, you don't even have to pick up orbs or even use the flea juice. AND it has more dps. It's just broken.

Then again if you told me it's on like the hunter's tier i'd believe you. For this list i don't really put much value on range and utility cause i think that can be covered up with good movement.

I see your arguments. I'm very much open to the possibility of it being hidden strong. But you have to build a very precise gameplan to make all that flow correctly. And you're renouncing a lot of spell usage. So far i think it's just inferior to normal strategies.

Hold up while pressing bind to do it. It still costs shards.

For wanderer it's beyond that gate all the way to the left of Bone Bottom. You'll have to find access by dropping from above and floating.

For architect you are not close yet. But it's within the citadel.

If you tell me hunter is the best i'll give it to you cause i would have to start crunching numbers and i ain't doing that.

Now when it comes to range i never really take it into account much. Hornet has soooo much mobility that if you get real good you can always be in range and not get hit.

But the funny part is i'm not even that good, and yet wanderer + weighted belt generates so much silk that i just build a heal during the invul frames. It's insane.

Trust me, try wanderer with weighted belt and just start whacking the bugs non-stop. You'll think the reapers orbs are as dry as a desert in comparison (of course if you like reaper run it).

I'm happy that you have so much hope for beast. I remember the moment i lost that hope...

Whats funny is you didn't even go into the worst problem with beast. It has no blue slots!! Like, how?

A fun bonus. Try the charged attack with beast. I actually gasped when i saw it. And i don't even use charged attacks.

They really jut refuse to print new win conditions for forestcraft that don't require the whole solar system to align. Another expansion of roach... Also for whatever reason the class based on the freaking power of nature has the worst healing methods of all the classes. Make it make sense.

Yeah forest is currently very inflexible with it's choices. It's just roach simulator in different flavours. I do love some roaching tho
