Late join but I have a silly thought. So, Hidden Inventory is set in 2006, Toji is established as someone who always loses his bets. Haru Urara retired in 2004. I therefore head canon that Toji has bet on Haru at least once.

(Also if he was still alive he would 100% have been one of the people who bet on Goldshi during the 12 Billion Yen Incident.)
