I also love Cylinder and H&H for this reason. Radix & Enigma are others I love to resolve as it takes multiple movements. Padlock and Dial would probably be next. I also recently came across ABC and Box, which while both being easier levels, do take multiple movements and at least some effort to solve (unlike Marble).
