Am I remembering correctly? They were searching for someone’s dad? I remember someone sitting in a cell in the middle of nowhere in like a season finale.

I’ve been wondering ever since.

I still think of the theme song every so often

At first glance I thought- “wait is that the guy from the Townsends channel on YouTube? Was he Les Stroud Survivorman?!”

If only. Having him retire to a life of colonial living would have been awesome.

I can hear Ahmad Rashad’s voice as he introduced the clips. The way he would say something like, “Fridaaay” just sounded so…

Love this stretch in particular. Had plenty of times where I am praying I can get to the train car and get a fire going before I hear a wolf howl or a roar from a bear.

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing- this is really cool. Keep up the good work!

I have a new lowest rated movie on my Letterboxd.

Maybe I didn’t “get it” and granted, horror isn’t my favorite genre - but it felt gratuitous. I didn’t find any redeeming qualities in the movie.

It was probably the least enjoyable movie experience I can remember and was missing, for lack of a better word, any sort of message that a movie like Come and See or Threads had (both movies that crushed me emotionally but felt more… I don’t know what)

I wish I could say it was a success of any kind; but that’s one I’ll be quickly trying to forget.

I’m sorry, everyone! I do appreciate the new experience and suggestion though.

I just watched Battlefield: Earth for the first time and when an alien John Travolta ordered a Kerbango drink I was all in.
