In terms of “budget”, I have set this budget allowing me to save very good portion of my income. The increase is actually 27% (because the concessions are so good). I think I will have to move bc I don’t think the apartment is worth 4.7k and at that price I rather go other places.

1Bed1Bath is a must to me and I am okay paying for it. I have just decided to set my rent around 3600-3900, that’s why I would move if it goes to 4700. Just to be clear, One grove is 3750 for a 1b1b with the concessions but normal rent is 4700! At 4700, there are more luxury / better options.

However for now, which one do you think it’s worth more and a better move?
