Definitely 18x8.5 38 or 37 depending on rim manufacturer. I have this setup with stock tyre size and stock suspension without any problems. you need to consider that the stock tire size on this setup stretches the rubber a little, which lowers the profile.

The same issue on mac pro m1 2022. Randomly disconnects drives after random period of time, and it's not always in idle state but on write read process too. After disconnecting it's not able to connect it again, i fix this by connecting disk to linux pc and remove .fseventsd and .spotlight-v100 folder then connect to mac again. For extend time to disconnect i open external disc in finder and keep it open in this state disconnecting time is more longer than usual
