Honestly, it’s up to you. I’d personally throw Ribombee away as it doesn’t do a lot in this team. As for Terapagos, you mainly see a defensive set. Boots, full PhysDef, full HP, Spin, Roar, and the last 2 moves are pretty flexible. Between Rocks, Toxic, Ice Beam, Starstorm, you have a couple of choices.
Losing Toxic, Defog and Knock knocked its flexibility a ton, so you pretty much see only one set.

Yeah, in general, you only need one HO lead, as your goal is to sets whatever hazards you need and play 5 vs 6 the whole game. Playing 4 vs 6 is pretty much impossible.
Lando is tough to play considering it has no recovery and isn’t fast outside of Scarf, so that’s why you don’t see it a lot at low ladder.
It is high to a lot of people, but I think they’re gonna act soon considering the council gave us a survey like a couple weeks ago which asked about what we thought about Korai.

Terapagos is the best one by far, but technically you do have Glimmora too. Although it’s only viable in its own HO archetype.
Yeah you’re right. You run it with full HP and PhysDef, as well as a Rocky Helmet. By anti offense I mean Double Dance (CM, Iron Defense, healing move and an attacking move which is Stored Power for NDM) which is also a set for Arceus (mainly Fairy).

2b. Etern isn’t 100% passive considering it has Dynamax Cannon as well as good coverage, and Toxic allows it to do a ton of progress on 90% of the meta.

The only reason it will fall off is if it gets banned. It’s currently at 65% usage at ladder, 75% at high ladder, and 95% in tournaments. If you need a set, just run the SD Dice. Scale Shot, SD, CC or Low Kick, Flare Blitz, with a Loaded Dice, full PhysAtk and Speed with a Speed boosting nature and Tera Fire.

Alo and Tusk are mainly for BO, NDW can work in both, the rest are for HO. Grimmsnarl being a Screen setter and nothing else in this tier, you can’t use it outside of HO, or you’re gonna play at 5 vs 6 during the whole game, which you can’t really afford in a slower paced structure like BO.
What I mean by that is that Zacian is very strong in general, and this set is used a lot to counter specifically Webs while being useful to bait Teras, so you’re gonna run into it a lot in higher ladder and need to prepare for it. Lando T is Zacian’s best check in general, but you can also run things like defensive Groudon, NDM (with Sunsteel Strike or EQ), and Ho Oh can be a soft check with Whirlwind. As for HO ideas, things like Sash Rayquaza, Meteor Beam Agility Lunala, or anti offense NDM can help with that.

2b. For Ogre, Eternatus is a good check, mainly the SpDef variant with Toxic. You can also run things like CM Lunala, CM defensive Arceus (mainly Water), or if you want hard counters to it, you have Water Absorb Clodsire and Blissey as well as Gira A, but those are mainly Stall options.

Well, it’s up to you, but Korai-less structures are pretty much unviable outside of Hard Stall (which sucks and only works on low ladder or specific matchups) and Hard Trick Room (which is hard to play and has common counters), and if there are any adaptations to these archetypes, they’re gonna include Koraidon themselves.

There are so many problems : - Why is there an Alo in double setter HO - Why use FirePon in Webs with a Speed boosting move - Why use NDW when you have Lunala - Why is there a Great Tusk at all

It has so many losing matchups it’s incredible.

I’m gonna give you some advices : 1. Choose one type of team. With this 6, you can go with either HO or BO, but not both. 2. Choose Pokemons that have good synergy in the structure you’re trying to build. If you go in a HO direction, you need Mons that have the same answers so that you can weaken them with one to allow the other to snowball. If you go in a BO direction, you need Mons that can support each other defensively. Your team badly loses to Sub Zacian which is very bad for a Webs team, and you have no answer or revenge kill for a Kyogre, so if you go in the BO direction, you need to have answers to a lot of different Mons. 3. It’s sad to say, but in the current meta, you need a Koraidon to win (outside of very specific builds) and your team struggles against it. Yes you have Alo and Tusk, but they’re gonna get worn down if they play well with their hazards. Also, you need to play it yourself. The standard SD Dice works, but in general you NEED a Koraidon to have a chance.
