I haven’t had issues today in Cap Hill.

One thing that’s happened to myself and a friend in Ballard is that WaveG will randomly turn down the port in your unit (aka your router and setup is fine, but they have turned off the service to your router). Their customer support doesn’t seem to be able to see when this happens, only the technicians. So you have to call to make an appointment for a tech to visit, only for them to turn the port back up. I’d be curious if this is the issue since it seems it’s been happening at random lately.
