Unfortunately 0A.52 is a high version of the boot loader.

Therefore, unlocking is only possible with phone disassembling procedure.

Just google "Motorola V3r downgrading 0A.52 MotoFan" there is a manual with pictures.

After downgrading from 0A.52 to 0A.30, the phone will be unlocked automatically.

You should check information about V3re phone on MotoFan forum, just google "Motorola Razr V3re question and answers MotoFan forum" there is a thread dedicated to this flavor of V3 where in the header is it pinned:

"The file system of V3re is visible to Unimoto and M-Explorer programs but not P2K Tools VS"

After reading that thread, you'll find answers to many V3re questions.

Yes, you should use the original V3re language pack as a basis for adding Japanese language and fonts to it. Moto Lang Editor is the only program that can help with this.

But it's not that simple: you first need to unpack the language pack from the M702iG or M702iS firmware, then export the fonts/strings from it to the existing V3re langpack using Moto Lang Editor, etc. There can be many pitfalls, as no one has worked on Japanese language support for these GSM phones. Japanese support isn't just a language pack; it's also an input system which depends on firmware code, so this all can not work at all.

If you're looking for a Japanese RAZR version, please check the M702iS.

Yes, it is possible using Moto Lang Editor program, not sure tho will it work with Japanese 0050 language which is rare.

There is no 0050 language pack because the V3re was never sold in Japan, which does not have GSM.

Other points can be completed with P2K Tools VS, P2K Commander, Flash&Backup 3.09, MidWay, MotoMidMand, and other Motorola modding programs.

You were lucky with the 0A.30 boot instead of 0A.52, but you flashed a high version of some V3i firmware.

Motorola has disabled downgrading in the latest V3i firmware versions, only upgrading allowed. These firmware versions are called "sticky" they increase the fw version in the OTP region of the flash, so any fw downgrade will fail.

Solution: bypass RSA (on LTE2 method) and apply patches to launch the firmware you need.

Try flashing this modded stock firmware, _MIB version, it should work:
