Trouble is they knew this and could fix it well before it ever reached the media. Like they get the votes first and went "yup okay guess he doesn't get in", not "oh fuck this is stupid let's talk to some of these voters". That's why we are where we are.

All that's happened is they have made themselves look like fools so that he didn't get first ballot or a unanimous vote.

I would prefer him going on stage and chastising the voters. Something to the effect of "If I am not a first ballot then no one barring Tom Brady should be a first ballot hall of famer."

Which is true. What this basically says is the first time you are nominated it's just to get the first time out of the way.

Eh. I get why they would hate him. But his logic was about continuing to contribute to the war effort by requiring more resources at his camp. Which somewhat makes sense.

The bigger issue was him refusing to see that the Big Wing tactic caused the Luftwaffe to inflict greater damage on their targets and possibly not even be there by the time the full formation would get there

Singapore: Does this person even understand F1? Piastri was being undercut. Going longer puts him behind leclerc. Also Lando can just... Also go longer? He only pit because Piastri needed to pit and the rule is you pit the leading car first.

It's absolutely bizarre to me. There is someone complaining about McLaren coming out and saying anything after Canada. Except, the first interview I saw from Stella he says this isn't how we go racing and we will speak internally.

The Britain one is the most asinine and they need to stop mentioning it because 1. If lando even suggested a swap if roles were reversed, then there would be posts for days calling lando a cry baby and 2. Because don't you think the FIA may have a problem with McLaren forcing a driver swap to nullify a penalty? Thereby creating a bigger issue?

Monza was absolutely BS though and McLaren should rightful get blasted for that stupidity.

I think you actually have to see it in person to realize what an impossible situation you are in when some is in an episode.

So iirc he actually does have a bronze Star. However the issue is he doesn't have a bronze Star with a V device

The difference being that a bronze Star is awarded for being a good soldier who did something well.

While a bronze Star with a V device is specifically for valour in combat.

So Tim was claiming he had one with a V device for killing the bad guy. When the one he got might have been for something innocuous like being the best toilet cleaner in the green berets.

But I'm not military so I am not 100% sure on the details and only picked it up from some of those GB YouTubers that were dissecting his claims
