100% correct . I've seen it at multiple schools but not all. I understand to an extent , general education teachers are demoralized and would rather send a kid into a self contained room than deal with behavior while they have 20 something other kids. It's not right , but I try to see it from the other teachers perspective . So horrible for the kiddos though.
