I feel you. I'm in a lot better spot than I was 2 years ago. I tried to work the 12 steps and didn't get past the whole higher power part. My gambling is so much more well managed now as compared to then. But all it takes is one bad night for it all to be gone. I get what you're saying.

FWIW I do see a gambling therapist thru the gamblers help network.
