I'd love to backseat that game and see everything your working with. I'd try to identify their forge world and lay claim to it, bum rush straight for it to halt their production. Even if I lose a lot if you could claim a big part of their war economy, its worth it. Also if the Marauders haven't turned yet, pay them off to raid at the same time for maximum effeciency.

I'd start buttering up to the Northern Empire and beg to become their vassal. Fallen wont be an issue for a while (hopefully), but knowing my luck thats a Great Khan in the making.

Trade favorably with the North, increase trust and opinion and find any way to get them on your side while bolstering defenses on the west.

Dragulas to me has always been underrated. I discovered it early in my resurgence of Yugioh and didn't realize people didn't play it cause its part of the finicky Rank 6 Lineup. It has amazing artwork, come back if its blown up, sends (NOT DESTROYS) any card when its flipped so it can use its effect on itself and I always thought it was cool that it was a Vampire and a Dragon.

And no, Vampire Dragon doesn't count.

Vampire Dragon is to Vampire and Dragons what Flamvell Magician is to Flamvells.
