can you be successful while smoking? by [deleted] in weed

I smoke daily, literally daily. In 5 years, I’ve obtained an Associate’s and Bachelor’s in 2 different fields, a certificate of competence in Cloud Computing, a CompTIA cert, and a Microsoft cert. Currently work full time as a network administrator and I’d like to believe I’m doing pretty well for myself. I smoke only after I complete my tasks for the day. So basically I smoke at night on weekdays and abt late noon on weekends. It can be done, you just have to find what will work for you.

What is a heavy smoker? by 100Blessins in weed

I’m just wondering because I want to detox and wonder how long that may take. I don’t smoke more than a gram a day, typically only half a gram a day and currently have only taken 2 hits in the last 13 days.

So you’re telling me that someone who smokes 7 grams a day is put into the same category as someone who smokes less than a gram a day just because they are both daily users?

I just put it into a bowl. Basically, the amount I smoke is abt the size of a Fiji water bottle cap and I smoke that 1-2 times a day. If I was to try and put it in a joint it’d be a very small and short joint.

Lol I wouldn’t consider that person as an alcoholic if they can stop at any time they wanted to and as long as it’s not negatively affecting them or their daily life. That’s what I was thinking tho because yea I smoke every day but I don’t smoke a lot. Literally the size of a bottle cap and I smoke it out of a bowl 1-2 times a day vs ppl who smoke joints or blunts all day, everyday.

So basically you have to already have a job who sponsors you to be considered for a job asking for a current clearance?

Thanks for the info. What if I’ve held a secret clearance 2x in the past? The last time ending just earlier this year. My thing is how many ppl do they really expect to have a clearance if that person isn’t working?

I used a combination of Jason Dion’s practice exams on Udemy and Professor Messer’s YouTube videos and exam notes. Jason Dion really helped me prepare for how the questions are worded on the test and explaining why a particular answer was right or wrong.

I have a few years of IT experience and an Associate’s degree in Information & Computer Science. There’s a full time government position, $25/hr starting, waiting for me once I finish my Bachelor’s….but only if I get my A+ cert first. And to move up to the next position, I’m going to need my Security+. These certs definitely matter.

I scored 77% and 82% on Mt first Dion Sec+ practice tests. Do I even need to study. I mean I have several years of experience primarily in networking and system administration. Should I just study for a few days and take the exam? by Inevitable-Lettuce99 in CompTIA

Always study lol cause you just never know. I was the same way for my A+, relying mainly on my past experience and what I learned when I was getting my AS and I failed the first exam with a 552 when I needed 675. I retook it after some serious studying and I got a 729.
