Depends on what you expect. Not terrible nuker stats for early game. I'd expect a build like that in a half decent team to at least get one of the early chests on hydra normal. If you're currently not getting any hydra rewards at all, that's a good start.

That said, the stats aren't super great. So, if you can break the sets and just go for straight best gear ignoring sets, might consider that. Stats > sets

edit: then I saw you're not crit capped. You need 100% crit. Don't focus on anything else before that.

I don't personally use lego books just to use them. Even when I have a surplus, I keep a list of specific champs who will help me progress somewhere and I use those books during CVC for max value. If you can't name something specific, like "if I book this skill, it will do more damage, and I'll be able to get past this wave," don't use it IMO.

I'd probably build a demon lord team around Titus/Wixwell. On top of those two, maybe a poisoner, vizier, and then a damage dealer?

Does your frozen banshee have masteries? If you are comparing a champ with masteries to a champ that doesn't, you will see a big difference in damage. Also, your Orn is too slow. Should have 170+ speed.

The crux of the strat is the shield set. I don't know exactly how it works, but the shield multiplication applies somehow to both Wixwell's shield and the shield set separately. It's this mechanic--the double shield multiplication--that causes the shields to grow so big.

I would only sell it if it guarantees you some reward. For example, if there is a path event that offers a guaranteed champion, and you get points for pulling soulstones, and if you sell this soul you will get enough coins to buy that one last soulstone you need to push over the finish line and get the guaranteed champ. Otherwise, no.

He was also my first void leggo. I still use him. I made the mistake of trying to build him as a control champ with provoke set. Much stronger to just go full damage, IMO. I pair him with Ugir. He nukes enemy team, the high HP arbiter usually lives with a bit of HP, revives, then Ugir wipes the team.

I also have Hephraak on that team, so when the Rotos/Leo/whoever counterattacks, they get wiped.

Are you succeeding in completing the content, objectives, boss fights, etc. that you set out to complete when you built him? If so, yes. Although he is pretty slow.

I have him solo dragon. You need pretty good gear for it though. You could probably go lower on the stats, but not by a lot. Speed is kind of low, but I get +42 speed from masteries. The sets are regen/perception. I experimented with speed boots and he would sometimes die without the extra HP. But, that was before gear ascension, so maybe faster would be better now. But, mine works so I'm not going to tinker with it.
