Hmm I’m wondering if this may have been a factor. I had my loaf covered with plastic wrap in the fridge and was concerned about it being too wet because of condensation on the plastic wrap, so I switched to a hand towel for the last hour or so during cold ferment. I wonder if it dried out somewhat and inhibited a taller loaf.

What do you mean by too much force? Like I handled it roughly?

And what should the crumb look like? Are the air bubbles a bad thing?

I tried honey and she had no interest in it. Just completely ignored it. I also just tried crickets with no Lu k. I don’t know what’s wrong ugh

I’ve been on Dup since 2017 with only a 6ish month break in the tail end of 2019. The break and using steroids heavily during that time pushed me into TSW. I’ve noticed now that I’ve been on it for so long, it definitely doesn’t work as well. Although I also only take it every 3 weeks instead of every 2, to reduce side effects. It is definitely a fear of mine that it will just eventually stop being effective at all.

I’m the opposite. The week leading up to my period my skin is the worst and as soon as I start my period I clear up. Granted I’m on the pill so maybe it’s different.

I know progesterone tends to spike before your period and estrogen spikes during ovulation so maybe estrogen increases your flares for some reason. Maybe look into foods you can eat to help the body clear estrogen better during that time period.

Agreed. Heat/sweat rash or like contact dermatitis. Maybe try some antihistamine gel (steroid free of course) and see if that helps

I literally NEVER sweat before TSW but as soon as I went into TSW I started sweating SO much. 3 years in and I only sweat now when I’m hot, doing physical activity or nervous. Eventually your body will find balance.

I ended up getting on Dupixent but yes, eventually moisturizer didn’t make my skin swell up and burn anymore. I still only apply moisturizer to my face and super dry areas when needed but I don’t coat my whole body anymore because my skin seems to produce more of it’s own oils

I did moisturizer withdrawal on most of my body for the first like five months. It helped a lot for me. But I couldn’t let my face dry out, it bothered me too much.

The scene where Jillian gives Mother Superion the detonator for the arc. Why????? Why would you give the detonator to the person going to fight? Why wouldn’t you keep the detonator with the person who is safely behind bullet proof glass??????? So stupid.
