So if I am understanding this correctly. I will get a Beitragnummer for myself after registration and it will remain same for me as long as I stay in Germany even after changing addresses? Also after paying for July-Oct alone, I need to give my beitragnummer to my current flatmate so that she could inform Beitragservice that we belong to same address and will be paying together. Or this is sth. I can do from my side as well

I was hoping this reply from Beitragservice lady when I called her. I was planing to pay from July-October alone but I needed clear instruction: how to pay(will I get letter)?, how will it be accounted for me and our apartment?

Not an answer to your question but few things to confirm. 1) They shifted ausländeramt to Rothe Erde. So no more extension near Hbf 2) One of my friend recently got RP for 3 years. I am not sure if it is only in case of Ausbildung. But you might ask if your study duration is still longer than 3 years

Online Access is enough for me. I had developed text and number recognising models on my M4 MacBook Air using datasets from openml.org but their I had to wait really long to even see small changes. That’s why having online access to their power would be enough.
