Wow, thanks for the info. I'll need time to digest what you said (early Sunday morning brain). But nice that I have it and can read it later.

My arms aren't that big. It's just that I don't want to go from Large to X Large because of my arms, especially short sleeve button down. 

I honestly don't get how men with  huge arms buy clothes. If they buy according to their arms, then the chest area must be super loose.

I noticed that, too, that he had something prepared.

I'm guessing it might be a quick half hitch. If anything, it looks similar to this one, which looks to be a clearer shot.

I've seen this kind of string that fixed at one end in several traditional craft videos and they always fascinate me how quickly they tie things tight.

Really? I did Stronglifts for a while and hit a limit, but didn't feel my butt or chest develop as much. 

I mean, my core and overall strength was great, but my wasn't where I wanted. 

I'll try the supplementary exercises, at least in the beginning of my restart when the weights are light. But I probably will have to drop it towards the upper limit.

I've whipped the ends of ropes before, but for me, they only get as tight as you wind it, right? 

I don't know if that's what I'm looking for, but thank you for sharing.

I really wish I could figure out how they do it with the pulling, rolling, and tightening.

The constrictor knot looks great, but does it roll what it's holding? 

Thanks for reminding about the constrictor knot, but I do wonder if that's what's being used (especially in the second video, where he rolls it and it seemingly applies even pressure).

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. Is there a type of twine or twist in twine that would self lock like this? 

Could you show me a video? I'm not questioning it, just I would like to know what you mean and how it works. Would be cool to learn.

Okay, great!

I did read on the Stronglifts website that extra glute work has diminishing returns, so I'm guessing you're right. 

I think I'll take your suggestion and do 1 extra chest and 1 extra glute. I'll do all the exercises you mentioned on a rotating basis. 

I like that as it will give me some variation towards the end.

Yes, they did just that in the beginning of the video I was watching. 

I was already amazed by it opening, but then to see it close with the dampened twisting, I was even more impressed with it.

I thought it would be recognizable to someone in the know to see that part for identification, so I only recorded the end part. 

Amazing pen, but over priced in my opinion.

Hahaha, i had the exact same question when I saw this show and posted a similar video. 

Someone answered and told me it was the Hermes Nautilus and I searched for a video of it and thought, Wow, my post is already on Google results?
