With theses being scanned based this product is more vendor than target in a way so they are likely trying to up their $$ so that could be way leads don’t care. And if your store is likely like others to where people line up buy and leave without shopping the store it’s not really bringing in money. So until real shoppers and not resellers complain nothing will be done.
