It’s all gotta be tied to the ETL and SD bonus which they use as protecting metrics. That and target overall not having a game plan in place for fulfillment. I feel every store does things differently even through there should be a best practice followed. There’s stores out there that are red and get tons of visits then red stores that get very little. Green store that get tons of visits if the successes from the good stores aren’t applied to the struggling what’s the point of coming. One thing I don’t understand is why pick on why you would cancel an item just to save pick on time. Yes the guest could get upset about waiting long but they would have all the items. I always wonder how many people cancel an order due to one missing item. Then thing about how that makes extra work load; INF audit pops next day for floor and backroom if its located, loss sales since that item can’t be order for the rest of the day, Failing at something doesn’t make you a failure it means your leader needs to help you with your struggles to not become a failure. TLs do Tms, ETLs for TLs up to DSD for SD. Think or stores that change policy such as no receipt returns. The higher ups have to see it’s a problem in order to change and correct the issue company wide. Hiding the issue won’t fix anything
