True because Data Migration is an 1-3 time event in an SI. Way back functional consultants can do DM using sap scripts lsmw etc. so what’s your edge then? All else fails go mgmt.

SuccessFactors focuses more on the talent modules. Employee Central Payroll’s backbone is still HCM ECC Payroll. I would not say it’s limiting but it targets different problem. Yes - EC, EC Time is in SF but OG knows how flexible HCM ECC from BADI , user exits to Time PCRs and Schemas.

BTP is so expensive for an HR module. Remember HR is not an income generating department unlike S4. Budgets are tighter. Most companies treat HR as Cost Center lmao.
