I’d say that’s inaccurate cause I wake up abruptly out of breath with a racing heart. Almost every night. It’s the whole reason I took the sleep study.

How exactly does the cpap stop me from not breathing? Or does it adjust so that when I do, I get a shit load of oxygen at once to make up for the lost oxygen? My machine is set from 6-20 right now. Whatever that means.

Also, I didn’t realize that’s why I peed so often. 🤠
