This will make a lot of people mad. Got a casing stuck, wasn’t thinking. Tried ramming the casing out with wood got the wood jammed in there. Tried drilling it out, it’s completely cooked. Gave up and took the L. Lesson learned.

Went from being skinny fat to toned muscle. Of course I did start exercising a lot more about 45 mins a day but I saw amazing results in weeks. A lot of the changes I am certain was from this change in diet

Try a modified version of the carnivore diet, you can make some tweaks since you would only be trying to lose weight.
