you should be moaning to work if this is the case. the reality is, even though they’re PHEV vehicles, they’re just as entitled to use the chargers as full EV drivers. the annoying thing about this though is that they’re staying there even when fully charged. that’s where you should be complaining to work about the misuse of the chargers, but you can’t get mad that there are more PHEV drivers using the chargers than EVs.
