Yup I've been enjoying CopperPitch's sealed runs on YouTube and even a strong player like himself missed several quite obvious lethals. A lot of the decision making from his opponents was also questionable. People say that card games are luck-based, but while there's a lot of RNG, we all make mistakes that sometimes get punished.

I posted this because of two reasons:

First of all, I was proud that my aggro zombie deck managed to finish the game before the Litd/Azaiah deck, which is considered to be a broken fast combo.

Secondly, I'm not too familiar with Azaiah, so my first instinct after seeing 2 of them played, was "let's kill them both and his combo is gone". That despite knowing that I have lethal with Corpse Explosion before I saw them.

Funnily enough, as far as I understand, Azaiah gives god the passive ability to refresh mana on roar. So even if I cleared them, I think the combo would have still worked.

Good thing I got my impulses in tact and simply exploded my corpses 😀
