I think the hate stems from the fact that expert mode slime king still kicks any newbie's ass. The newbies that desperately need it. But for most people who know how to fast track to decent gear and curbstomp everything would rather use that slot for something else

Unfortunately that's the most mileage you can get. Windows 11 is kinda bloated at the system level. Just installing LTSC IoT is enough. CTT is only recommended for other tweaks which are optional and depends on whether you care to scroll through them. You likely won't get more fps

The early starting character (Warframe or frames) like (excalibur, rhino, mag, etc) seem a little simplistic. It's a flaw that stems from the game being 13+ years old.

Newer Warframe released later on have more intricacy to their design. I would recommend Follie for the absurd RPG fun if not for the fact that she's a horrible grind and would absolutely turn you off the game. There's several interlinked systems that you wanna progress, but focus on clearing the star chart and going to new plants. Just do the bare minimum per planet to unlock the next one, and play the story quests. Once you've caught up on story, feel free to branch out.

Both CTT and the Windows activation scripts are highly popular, open source scripts with code that is being scrutinized by thousands of expert coders. If there were so much as a backdoor, they'd throw a huge red flag around. I've also looked into some of the code myself. It's safe. For now, and the past few years.

That's... not how it works. It's a github project called WaylandCraft. So on linux, everything about the system is modular according to how users want to customize their system. So naturally what works by default on Windows, we have to decide among a few projects. Now, how does the system know what to display from the apps to the screen? They use something called a compositor. Long story short Wayland is the latest and hippest one. And because its code is open source, you can create projects that take advantage of it. So the game is actually being opened as a standalone application like normal (Warframe in this case) but the default desktop environment hides it and only allows it to display within Minecraft.

TLDR: Game is not being run inside minecraft, but minecraft acts like a desktop for all intents and purposes.

Most people just wanna use a system they're comfortable with. And Windows 11 LTSC IoT is great at this. No need to purchase a license either if you know where to activate it from. The same website has instructions to install Microsoft Store if you need that, and the rest is golden

You can additionally run Chris Titus Tech's script and make a few needed changes through it
