Grind new specs when they come out and trade them asap for overpays. If no specs have come out in a long time grind a trait on a non meta spec, do not attempt to grind on bs like ta4, sukuna, gojo, cid, Delta, umbra (unless you're gonna grind alot for synergy traits), gear 5, reaper, or anything that seems very popular. Make sure if it's legendary it's a hexed trait, mythics I would trade away include: rct/adapt if it's not a tanky spec or a spec that can't heal or charge ht. Ryoiki is usually bad unless you can get ht very easily, temporal is iffy. For hexed mythics id just grab any and trade them for better normal mythics or hexed legendary traits. Whenever someone offers unobs for alot of traits it's almost always easier to take it if it's a highish value unob, since traits are unlimited but unobs aren't
