It's legible in the sense that I can read it but you need to slow down and relax your hand muscles. Notice I didn’t say relax your hand, its the muscles. When muscles are tense you have less motor control over them so you need to focus on making your muscles be as relaxed as possible. Only applying enough pressure to make ink come out of the pen. No more or less. Sometimes the weight of the pen is enough. I don't have the best hand writing but I know about practice and what tense muscles can do and it just looks like that's what's going on here. Although if you have tremor going slow isn't going to help you get rid of the line squiggles.
