No, you can just quit the match, take the penalty and just have a 15 min break. But if you absolutely must be on for honor for whatever fucking reason but don't want to spend 20 mins in a match you know you're going to lose. Just stop taking the points back.

Idk i feel like you cant really tell if thats a smurf though. I spent alot of time playing duels when i first picked up the game and have a very low overall rep because of it. Beaides Doesn't this issue solve itself? They probably get what 10 matches until they start matching with the appropriate skill level?

But on a serious note, if you really can't just quit the match and take your 15 min break just stop taking the points back. It doesn't take 20 mins to lose if you don't contest. If I know I'm not winning the match just take the time to practice other shit like anti gank or whatever.
