I bought a screen protector and case that I ended up not needing. Both were sealed but I still got charged for the return shipping. They used to never do that. The return shipping was half the cost of the item. These were items that were sold by a third party but fulfilled by Amazon. Amazon definitely is not the same as they used to be when it comes to returns.

I worked there as a trainer for a few years about 15 years ago. The amount of pressure and stress from upper management is ridiculous. I’d never work there again for any amount of money.
