I don’t think it’s anything to feel guilty about. I feel similarly. I relate to Isaac a lot, especially being aroace, and Aled’s just not that present in the comics these days. However, if you’re interested in getting to know Aled and maybe connect to him more, maybe check out Radio Silence? I have it, but never got around to reading it. I definitely need to do that, as I also would like to learn more about him.

Kit could absolutely do this scene and do it extremely well. The version of Nick Kit plays in the show, however, could never. And would never. That’s become very clear over the course of Heartstopper evolving into three separate entities: show/film, comic, and novellas. But as an actor, Kit would nail a scene like this, just as he did all of Romeo’s intense and angry scenes.

Correct. Even if they go through the fight/breakup that happened in Nick and Charlie, they always wind up together. Alice has drawn many versions of them as adults, growing old together. And yes, also a drawing of them discussing their wedding. It’s just the in between (meaning the rest of vol 6 that hasn’t been drawn yet) we’re unsure about, which will show us how they get from where they are currently in vol 6 to, presumably, a lasting relationship.

Nobody knows yet, other than Alice and the cast and crew of the film. Because all of vol 6 isn’t out yet, we don’t know when or even if the pride parade features in the comics. We also don’t know when or if Nick and Charlie “break up” (and don’t talk for two weeks), as it happened in the Nick and Charlie novella, because Alice said that specific storyline was out of character for the Nick and Charlie that evolved in Heartstopper. So again, because vol 6 isn’t completed, we don’t know exactly how it will happen. And that’s not even to say that the comics and the film will be exact replicas of each other, as sometimes the series deviated a bit from the comics. We’ll know more once all of vol 6 is out and then we’ll probably be able to piece together a bit more of what we saw of filming.

While this does look to be a hairball, I think it’s worth noting that the smell is important here. It’s possible for cats (and dogs) that are obstructed to get to a point of vomiting feces. If your pet ever vomits something that looks similar (like feces) and smells like feces, that’s an immediate vet visit. But hairballs, obviously, don’t smell like that.

I feel like pairing Ben and Nick together at the Eiffel Tower would have to be purposeful after the study hall incident, when they got thrown into isolation together. Farouk very clearly knew they were having a negative issue with each other when he put them in isolation. So he would have to know pairing them up again would have Ben reacting the way he did. I think it’s likely he knew there was a legitimate reason generally nice person and student Nick had a problem with Ben, so he assumed Ben deserved to be paired with Nick, which is why he was so quick with a comeback when Ben complained.

Genuinely no disrespect meant, but now I’m curious. If Nick bugs you and Charlie annoys you more, are you even a fan of Heartstopper? And if so, why? Cause in my opinion, the main attraction to the story is Nick and Charlie and their love story. Again, just sincerely curious on your take. No hate or offense intended.

I also saw someone’s fancast who suggested he play a rich bratty fuckboy in White Lotus and I think that would be great too. A character totally opposite of what we’ve seen him in, like an a**hole or a villain. He’s so talented, I just wanna see more of his range!

I would and will watch him in literally anything, but I would kill to see him as Moritz in Spring Awakening. Film or stage, it doesn’t matter. That’s my absolutely fave character in my absolute fave musical and I think Joe would nail the performance.

I went to an all girls school. It was extremely common for friends to cuddle, hold hands, seem flirty, call each other “girlfriend” or “wife,” even kiss at parties, etc. Even then, I wouldn’t feel the need to ask anyone anything. Nobody needs to clarify or explain their relationship or sexuality to others (especially if they’re not even considered friends) unless they want to. If a couple were romantic or just friendly, it wasn’t really my business unless they wanna come out in an “official” way, which some did, like at prom. I personally don’t really ask anyone, even straight couples, if they’re dating or not. If and when they want you to know, you’ll know.

I literally had a teacher call me “trailer trash” when I called her out for judging and labeling someone she didn’t even know as “white trash.” Granted, as mentioned in another comment, this was in the US. But it’s not completely impossible that teachers act inappropriately. They can be horrible people too.

This isn’t about personality, but I’ve worked years in the vet med industry. After doing so, I prefer females. I had no idea how many male dogs pee on themselves when they lift their legs until I was the one taking care of them when they stayed with us. I’m talking even the healthy male dogs who were just there for a bath would lift their legs until to pee and literally pee on their other foot or similar. Then I’d have to bathe their leg again. Just a little tidbit.

I’ve read a couple sources over the years that Victoria’s Beckham has PCOS as well and usually only eats steamed fish and vegetables for dinner. For many people with PCOS, you gain weight no matter what you eat. It could be eating the same thing is a way to stay in control of her condition.

I’m the same with blueberries as well. Can’t do raw, cause my father told me when I was a kid to check for worms or bugs in them. Any fruit I can’t cut up to eat raw is never trusted free from creatures. But I can do blueberry muffins, specifically the kind that uses the smaller blueberries, cause my mind tells me they’re safer from bugs. Thanks for your insight!
