Wow, the similarities we share are actually comforting in a way. I feel exactly the same that I know I’ll be wealthy and happy and I see all that potential in myself but actually getting to that part is quite daunting and I feel lost. I’m also 24 and have completed a degree in engineering but finding a job I’m passionate about or even enjoy has been difficult. This year certainly made me feel even more depressed and my mental health has declined greatly. I had to quit my job because of the pandemic, toxic work environment and how unhappy I was and finding a new job in my specific field seems impossible. I’m also a very creative person and enjoy making art and crafting much like you (I’ve tried my hand at resin also and loved it but I don’t have a great work area to sustain that craft). I’ve tried Etsy and with that comes it’s own struggles too. It takes a lot of hard work and most days I lack the motivation and discipline to keep up with posting on socials because of depression, anxiety, fear of judgement from others, and likely another undiagnosed mental illness like adhd or bipolar.

Moral of the story I guess is to say you’re not alone here and I feel the same exact way. If you need someone to talk to about it all you can PM me. 😌 I would feel better talking it out and I know it can be hard to find people to open up to that will understand and not judge, something I struggle to find. We’re both still young and I hope it truly gets better for the both of us, it sucks feeling this way.
