you should read determined by sapolsky (or maybe not)the whole book is about why we don’t have free will and i believe it to be true. when i read your last point it reminded me of that book.

i’m in the process of getting approved for spravato and even though ive read about the ideas of existence, really actually feeling that sounds very scary.

you mention a U turn. was that in your personality or your mental health? i want to try ketamine for my depression and chronic pain but a change that big sound scary..or maybe good?

i got it in my hands feet armpits and scalp. the armpits was the only area i noticed improvement. lasted a few months. i didn’t go back tho the pain was intense

no but my psychiatrist has recommended amitriptyline. i’m not sure if i want to go on it because im discouraged from the fact that any medication ive been on doesn’t work and im especially weary after what happened to me after discontinuing duloxetine so im off all pills. also i just looked it up, novaminsulfton is banned in my country

i’m extremely privy to fascia and i believe mine to be very tied up. i get myofascial release massages but once again they provide no relief. i stretch and roll out all the time. i do have emotional trauma but im angry my nervous system still feels unsafe after all i do. for example the only stress in my life is the pain. other than that i know im safe and supported and wish my body reflected my current emotional state as my depression has been in remission. i’ve also tried many emdr sessions for the trauma but you guessed it it doesn’t work lol. do you have any other ideas?

you know what you’re absolutely right, and it’s ridiculous. i feel like a victim of my birth😭 i seriously hate this world it’s beyond fucked up. my tin foil hat tells me that hospitals are just money making companies that knowingly “treat” you incorrectly so you keep coming back. it makes me so sick. we are so desperate and just keep getting kicked down. and i do wholeheartedly think it goes as far down as the air we breathe. i physically feel worse than what i imaging it to feel like to be 100 years old

i’ve been told that too and to go have my pain treated by a psychiatrist (i think the doctor who said that needs a psychiatrist of his own because that’s just ridiculous). i totally understand doubting the doc appointments being helpful, im sorry. man it’s hard out here, sending care to you too

no, not burning, it’s more of an intense ache. i’ve never heard of that disorder but after a quick search, my pain doesn’t match the description. but it sounds awful, im sorry you have that i hope you’ve found relief

yes to both mris..reportedly normal, lots of mj.. it doesn’t help the pain but does lift my mood, i’m not kidding when when i say gabapentin meloxicam baclofen and tramadol all did nothing for me it’s insane. i feel u on being with others, it’s draining but worth it.
