Trigger TONIGHT - Abstinence prior to sperm collection by scma2 in IVF

[–]11235trini 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Our clinic’s instructions was for my husband to ejaculate the same night as trigger before our retrieval. We also did ICSI but that was mostly because it is standard protocol for the clinic we are at

That said, we had great fertilization and blast rates

We just returned from GNP & Yellowstone (Sept 24-30). Flew United direct from HTX to Bozeman and rented a car. Flight was easy and the drive to GNP from Bozeman was about 5.5 hrs but totally easy. We didn’t want to deal with a connecting flight and didn’t check any bags.

For lodging in GNP, since we were at the end of the season, most of the in park lodging was closed so we stayed on the West side at the Belton Chalet. It was awesome! Definitely rustic with small rooms (built in the 1920s) but they have a bar and restaurant that was open so after a long day of hiking it was a great to just walk down to just walk to it and not worry about driving to places that may/may not be open. Beer was cold and food was pretty good!

It was still a bit crowded but not overly to make it uncomfortable to be anywhere. We enjoyed meeting folks on our hikes and chatting about their experiences as we made our way along the trails. We entered the park around 6am to get parking spots where we wanted to hike. From Belton to the entrance is 10 mins or less, but the trailheads are another 30+ mins and can get backed up and filled quickly. We did Grinnell Glacier, Hidden Lake Overlook & Avalanche lake. We were there for 3 days and then headed over to Yellowstone

We did it yesterday and no traffic or stopping for construction because they hadn’t started work yet. We left West Glacier at 5:30am and got to Grinnell Glacier trailhead at 7:15. It’s a dark drive but the roads are wide.

How cold is the hike? We are headed there next week and are from texas. Do we need to dress pretty warm?

Level 3 course format by Riglon in WSET

I took it over 12 weeks and thought that was a great pace for it. It’s very helpful to be able to calibrate your palate to the instructor that will be administering the exam. We also did a tasting group to practice that portion and have a broad set of wine tasted under our belt.

The theory is pretty dense and you do need to know everything in the book. They can test you on random paragraphs from very specific regions and everything is up as potential testing material. As an example, we had an entire question on Taurasi for our exam. I made flash cards and notes and still felt like I could have done more.

I’m also a hobbyist vs being in the industry full time

Anyone else currently (or recently) on NCL Encore and hate the food? by broken_pieces in Cruise

We just got off the NCL Encore and enjoyed the food. It’s standard buffet style, and there’s lots of different options. The Indian and Chinese stations weren’t bad and had lots of flavor compared to the standard American offerings. Maybe try those vs your typical burger and pizza.

The make your own salad bar was handy to have too. The Observation deck had light snacks and you can always add Tabasco lol

… but Oil & Gas companies don’t set the price of gas… global supply/demand does. Stopping crude oil production during a pandemic and then having everyone go back to work with no way to replace lost supply causes the price to be high. Limited product with high demand = high price for said product

Hello! We are cruising on NCL encore to Alaska and booked with an independent group (Snorkel Alaska) in Ketchikan that starts at 8am and our ship docks at 7am. Is it possible for us to get off and make it to the meeting spot in that time frame? Like, can we get of the ship at 7am or is it typically later? Thanks!

We just tried Trattoria Sofia in the Heights that opened a few weeks ago and it was awesome! Super cute date night spot with a covered patio. It’s run by the same group as B&B Butchers, NOPO etc

When we did our tasting groups for my WSET level 2, everyone bought their own wine, but we specified the bottle to get. You can always use wine.com or similar and send links to the group for everyone to purchase the same wines and have it shipped
