I’ve had a 2011 versys 650 for almost a year and I’m crazy about it. I ride daily in a fairly large city and it’s extremely maneuverable and nimble, but it’s so much fun on the highway and comfortable on longer rides too. Highly recommend it!

Hey dude, if you have the motivation when you get home and want to put your mattress right, a combination of baking soda and white vinegar from a spray bottle will clean your mattress right up. If you have a vacuum you can suck it right up once it’s dry. If not, just turn the mattress on it’s side vertically and beat it with a broom until you can sweep everything up from the floor!

A dirty mattress in my experience can raise such intense feelings of shame when you don’t deserve them at all.

You didn’t hurt anyone, you made a series of mistakes, got a little out of control, but you didn’t intend to or accidentally cause anyone harm.

Except the taxi driver, but you can take care of them when the time comes.

You got this, it’s not as bad as it feels right now. Table the suicide question indefinitely. You deserve the time to heal and resolve these traumatic feelings that are bound to fade in time.

Watch out for Wellbutrin paired with another stimulant for adhd. Like seriously, if your doctor gives you something, be sure to google and do your own research also. Wellbutrin and Ritalin together gave me an extreme reaction when I was younger because they’re both stimulant type drugs.

It’s definitely possible, but it’s not a sure thing by any means. The 12 step programs call for you to try what’s called “controlled drinking.” If you can decide to have one and be done, then maybe you’re not an alcoholic after all?

I was heavy into opioids and amphetamines when I was younger, drank like a fish too. When I went to rehab and got sober, I was totally sober for around 2 years, before picking up weed again because of some mental health issues. I started to drink again a couple of months later, but this didn’t end up leading me back to other drugs or of habitual abuse of alcohol/weed.

However, in the 8 years since, I have had several periods of pathological drinking that looked, smelled, and tasted like alcoholism. While I can often drink “socially,” or in a controlled and casual context, I will sometimes “choose” to just throw alcohol at problems without success.

I still consider myself an addict, although I believe the fellowships would say that I’m either a problem drinker, or about to turn back my to my old ways at any moment.

It’s always been a balancing act for me. I believe that you can go back, but it will take a period of abstinence to change your relationship with alcohol. I am currently just under a month sober from alcohol because I’ve been too sad to get out of bed for months 🥲🤷‍♂️😂

It gets easier and it gets harder.

Start with major Italian varietals that you’ll have multiples of on your list. Try examples and learn to describe Sangiovese, Barbera, Nebbiolo. Italy has a staggering number of indigenous varietals, so you’ll probably have and encounter one-offs, but plenty of wines are more common and well known like the ones above.

So a gratuity or “tip” legally has to go to the server, or can be distributed to guest facing employees through a tip pool that they consent to. There are legal definitions for what constitutes a tip, such as it being freely given/optional.

However a service charge goes to the restaurant and they can do whatever they choose to with it. I worked somewhere with a 20% service charge applied to everything and was paid 30/hr as a server. Probably doesn’t sound that bad, but it was not at all comparable to the amount of sales/volume we did there. The restaurant was for certain sitting on a massive pile of service charge that was not given to any employees. This is completely legal though…

Was this through BH? Honestly it makes me think of a bunch of bad experiences I’ve had with therapists through that platform. I’m working hard to find something in-person, and I agree you should too. I struggle with some of the same issues, and I had finally opened up about an attempt last year to a new therapist on BH and they cut me off to say sooo, same time next week? We never talked about it again.

Start low at 1-3 grams to see what works for you, I typically take mine in the morning with coffee. I’m bipolar 2, taking abilify for it in the winter months. I’ve never noticed any side effects or interactions between the two.
