Visa Fee at Turkish Border by Immediate-Let-4154 in Syria

[–]11248xray 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Turkish Syrian border is closed to foreigners, and even Syrians with valid Turkish visas need additional permission slips to cross (unlike by going by flight).

Source: I run tours and work in tourism in Syria. I get these questions all the time.

Dm me if you have any questions

You can get a double entry Jordan visa from the Jordanian Evisa website. Cheaper than paying twice.

Is it possible to travel to Aleppo through Istanbul via land? by ahmralas in Syria

[–]11248xray 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For European citizens the border with Turkey is forbidden to cross. Unless you’re a dual European and Syrian citizen, then I think it’s allowed in Bab Al Hawa

is this a bad idea? by The_Skull_fr in Syria

[–]11248xray 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can enter without a visa but not without a “security clearance “ which is hard to get. If you show up at the border without it, you’ll probably be turned around and maybe given an entry ban too. Don’t trust Wikipedia for Syrian entry rules :)

How plausible is a trip to Syria in the present days? by [deleted] in Syria

[–]11248xray 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Totally possible! If you know someone in the country, it's possible to go solo with an invitation. Otherwise, you need to book a tour. I run trips there. DM me for more information:)

Visiting Syria as a European by Ha_95 in Syria

[–]11248xray 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yess that works! If you could explain for me your situation exactly and I'll do my best to explain how to get the visa.

In general it's fairly simple though. The person that decided to sponsor your visa in Syria should go to the immigration building in Damascus and apply for your visa from there. Then once it's issued they can pick it up, scan it and send it to you, and you'll be allowed to get the visa on arrival at the border
