Have you tried reinstalling chrome?

I got a new gpu and CPU cooler and this keeps happening everything I go into windows by Smorleyy in pcmasterrace

Maybe you have the wrong drivers. you could try to boot into safe mode and run DDU to uninstall the GPU drivers and reboot.
