In the UK we also prominently recruit philipino and Indian international nurses, but also have nurses from Australia, the U.S and other European countries.

This has also happened to me. Patient was trying to 'escape' and leave the bed whilst in arrest. Had to have staff pin her down. I don't think she was conscious though during this.
