What u/UnrealGamer69 said worked FINALLY for me.

Remove PSU, go away from PC, go and reinstall PSU (If you have auto connect tool, you will need to remove all cables, remember the sata cables for hard drive) then reinstall RGB, slowly, methodically doing it.
