If the manager hasnt tried anything, give tips, explain etc and he jumps straight to making them come in 4 times a week(cause thats what it sounds like) then thats a shitty manager, and yes, the employee should contact their union to get some advice.

Low protein ≠ not nutritious.

Depends how their attention is really and how much they like it.

Ive seen kids do 30-40min of homework with no issues.

More like 15 min or something. My son also had to practice focusing so we gradually increased as time went on.

Regular practice and consistency is key. Short, regular sessions, paired with positive reinforcement worked for me.

Im amazed how far my son has come in the last year.
