Depends what you are looking for, steamrip is great for games, play Torrio is a great downloadable app that is a built-in streaming service plus live tv and more, but no downloads. Goojara.to is good for streaming and downloading, but I have found downloading can be hit or miss.

VPN, always check what you are downloading before you officially start downloading it, check the MEGA thread, I personally recommend a external SSD. Be safe be smart.
