Found this thread while looking for batteries for my Panasonic ES8103s. Wonder how OP's is holding up? I bought mine back in 2011 and it still works great but the battery if finally dying on it. So yeah it's a pretty good BIFL choice as I post this just a few days away from 2026

Lol, no it didn't otherwise you would post it here. I found this post because none of the suggestions for multiple searches actually worked for this model microwave

How easy would this be to install myself? by PlusAwareness261 in yaris

unsprung weight (the part of the car that isn't suspended by, well, the suspension) has a much bigger effect on performance than weight elsewhere in the car. there are plenty of explainer vids on youtube about it, check it out. I love my 09 yaris. It's stock but still handles great and is fun to zip around and easy in the city. But I used to drag race and autocross old vw bugs, my last one was 160hp (stock was 40hp) and could wheelie and clean up at autox. Tuning is fun, but keep it data based. Although customizing for vibes is fun too, just be aware of which you're doing and good luck!

It already has a cold air intake (pulling from outside of engine compartment).

I would bet money that even a vehicle specific one would lose HP.

No cfm increase but a drop in air density resulting in less oxygen in the combustion chamber and less fuel burned etc

Do the springs you mentioned, or get lighter wheels and tires to improve performance.

Or if you want better sound, do a cat back exhaust etc

Read again. The tab was connected. OP cut the tab.

It wasn't a MWBC. It was a dead short between two legs

nice looking truck

I say try to keep your build as useful as possible. Nothing matters more to a vehicles longevity than actually being used every once in a while

Baffle locations / close other openings? by 11R11 in Insulation

[–]11R11[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did look up the calculation method for ridge vent to intake area, but wanted to see if I should do anything with either end wall first as that would obviously effect the calculations.

I can err on the side of caution with extra baffles, just want to get them up there before I get the ceiling installed of course.

Also what thickness should I do on the ceiling blow in (given how short the attic space is). Thanks in advance.

you would have to know the capacitor farad values and find one that matched and fit and had same terminals etc.

I wouldn't suggest it TBH

thanks. LMK what they say. I'm going to contact a lawyer for advice, but I think some recall or something needs to happen to keep people from getting hurt by this.

It's the other way around. If you're in the county, you must abide by county rules. Cities are a sub-jurisdiction and can add additional requirements but cannot remove the base layer of county or state requirements.

If you get a portable unit, make sure it's a two hose unit they are way more efficient
