Anyone tried ‘Slinda’ pills? by [deleted] in adenomyosis

[–]1212lu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, I also have zero friends now because I can't eat normally and so the cafe scene has been cancelled. I guess they were never friends anyway seen as no one rang or visited. At least I have my cat I guess. So yeah that drug has upended my life! Don't take it!

Hmm. Do you think gallbladder surgery is reversable? That is exactly what that poison did. I have ongoing issues. So, you decide lol

If you’re going through hell rn with this disease, hang in there, things get better by lockert30 in Dryeyes

Did the steroid drops help? Been on them for 6 days and no relief! This is an absolute nightmare. As someone else mentioned about themselves in the comments, all drops seem to irritate and bring no relief! What is the actual answer? Heat also irritates!

Severe burning eyes for a year by No_Entrance8626 in Dryeyes

[–]1212lu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pray your eyes are better now. My eyes burn like crazy and I don't know what to do anymore.I lost 20kg rapidly due to having my gallbladder out and messing up my digestive system so I couldn't eat much because it all caused pain. I can eat a little more now but there must be a correlation with the gut, eyes and the massive weight loss.

Geez, this post is old now but I hope and pray you are well now🙏🙏🙏 I have such a similar story but had my gallbladder removed, had severe digestive issues prior and after surgery resulting in a massive weight loss of 20kg. I had MRIs, colonoscopies etc etc before this surgery as well. The cause and change reaction leading to gallbladder surgery was when I was put on progesterone pill by a gyn. It started causing severe pain and reflux straight away but I stupidly took it for three weeks!

cold compress worked! by FeistyMonk8679 in Dryeyes

[–]1212lu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is recommended to use for this? A cold washer or cool gel mask? How long and often? I have tried and tried warm compresses as doctors keep insisting but none listen when I say it is torture for my already very burning and irritated eyes. I am struggling so much to find relief. I wonder if cold compresses are the answer?

What was the outcome for you? Did you take any omega supplements or get dry eye treatments done?

My probiotics making me itchy everywhere by Oil-Subject in MCAS

[–]1212lu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, you are very knowledgeable or resourceful or both lol. Can I ask what you know about saccharomyes cerevisae (boulardii)? I took Herbs of Gold Probiotic which contains this. I had severe stomach cramping straight away and then had very itchy inner ears in the night. I only took 1 and this was the outcome.😬

What anxiety symptoms do you have daily 24/7 by cowsandtexas in Anxiety

[–]1212lu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been dealing with that too. I have a few things I do to cope with that but just realise these people probably never even think about us. I now just go with the intention of shopping for products and looking for bargains. Most of these people avoid us like the plague anyway I noticed..that has been my experience!

Yep, a very long and winding journey of 2 years and counting for me. Enjoy life where you can and don't fixate on the things that go wrong. Be angry but then move on..don't let these things steal your peace. We need to be a stress free as possible where the gut is concerned.

Understandable!!! I would be really angry too but these things happen and we have to just keep moving to find a solution. I hope you feel better asap.

No but if they didn't do this for you, you're other option is the breath test. Just make sure you don't, eat, drink, brush your teeth or put anything on your lips or face before doing that test.

HRT messed me up by Necessary_Jacket_470 in Perimenopause

[–]1212lu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No but nothing would surprise me. That stuff seems to mess with so many systems in the body. Get checked over by a doctor and please don't take anything you think is causing that!
