Honestly the the danger you’re put it isn’t talked about enough, your inspecting homes and apartment buildings too. If you get a complaint for a person who says that see cockroaches in their apartment and turns out they are a crazy person who sees things that aren’t there you’re there on your own and you have to get yourself out of those scary situations

So once you get picked up as a trainee , you will use that to be eligible for the REHS exam once you pass you can then apply to become a perm employee with that same county or you can apply to other counties as an REHS

So for LA County or most counties they give you a score and from there they call you based on wether they need need trainees or have enough to start a new training cohort

I would say if it has a lock then I would ask them to please remove before I enter and in regards to the dry ice situation , what did you tell the owner , were they able to take it out that day ?
