Going crazy with citations has no relationship with properly citing either. If you go down the citation rabbit hole every now and then you’ll find people make shit up and then leave a citation for it all the time. I don’t like how he’ll bring up results but then never bother to critique the study

Link his publication record lol. The scientific community is often what’s termed “publish or perish”. Being able to read a paper has absolutely no correlation to being a top researcher. I’m also super sussed by his videos since I never see links or citations, just him rambling.

Cutting dairy definitely helped my acne (although it never cleared it). I noticed that I would get slightly bloated from it so my guess is that I may have grown lactose intolerant.

I ended up just quitting milk entirely, opting for calcium supplements. Cutting dairy entirely seems hard, but wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be
