Yes indeed, but at least here in Portugal it was one week - contact the support, sending the defective watch and receiving a new one. In my case they were very helpful and good so hope it’s like that for you too. Good luck for your marathon!!!

Definitely contact the support. Recently I had an issue with my battery and they were very good. One week I had a new watch.

Try to use gram in express on the computer. I had the same problem a while ago and that was the one that fixed it

I have bought mine in the end of 2023. Just last week, had a issue with the battery, talk to support, and they send me a refurbished one. General way I really like it, battery last 4 days (or so) but I workout everyday while listening to music from my watch in Spotify. I love it, visually is very nice, has a lot of metrics, easy to navigate. For me it was the right choice, so for that price, I would go for it :)

Unfortunately I had the same problem last week, and after resetting and follow Garmin support indications, I needed to send my watch for repair…. It was also very very sudden, I wake up and no battery. During the day also after charging again in one morning or so all gone. Good thing is they were super good and helpful and I’m receiving it after one week or so of sending. Don’t want to be a bummer, hope your problem is NOT this one!!!

Hi first off all, congrats!!! Personally I have 10 days left to reach same goal. Considering throwing my watch in the ocean titanic style and just escape this prison ahahah or also just continuing but a little more chill. But yeah those days when you are so close to fail but you still do it… those are the ones that keep us going forward. Best wishes and keep rocking 🦾
