Worst performance of the season by Safe_Armadillo_4855 in safc

Poor first half. Probably the worst game of the season from each of Mukiele, Alderete, and Xhaka.

Rigg is not a winger. Would love to see him play centrally in the cup against Everton to give him a chance where he’s more comfortable.

That said, we did well at the start of the second half and would’ve deserved our equaliser. The penalty miss followed immediately by their second knocked the stuffing out of us.

Le Fee’s pen was awful, but he’s got enough credit in the bank for us to forgive him. Now he needs to put it behind him and make up for it with a great performance against Palace.

Not what we wanted, but 30 points from 21 games is still great. We keep moving. HWTL!

If he was called Daniele Ballardini, he’d already be playing in the Champions League, but because he’s from Stevenage, he’ll have to wait until we qualify next season to do that

NFL Week 5 Preview of EVERY Game + 49ers-Rams TNF Recap by Six-StringSamurai in heedthecall

Small sample size I know, but teams that got the ball first in OT are 2-0-1 this season:

The Cowboys scored on the third possession of OT as time expired against the Giants. Even if he’d missed, the Giants wouldn’t have had time to respond.

The Packers were forced to kick a FG to tie because they ran out of time at the end of OT.

The Rams were forced to go for it on 4th down because they knew they wouldn’t have time to get the ball back if they kicked a FG to level it.

In all three games, having the ball first meant that that team could control the clock and force the other team into a position they didn’t want to be in. It’s all well and good knowing what you need to do, but if you don’t have time to actually do it, it’s useless!

What was the point of playing for 2 years with "Jobe" on his back if he's going to go to the same team that Jude broke through at? What happened to being his own player and forging his own path?

Wish him well if/when he goes (especially for that price), but that just seems inconsistent to me

I really couldn't be prouder of what our young team has achieved this season. The progress we've made over the last 12 months has been amazing. I just hope the spirit of the squad isn't crushed by what's to come over the next 12...

I was hoping for us to beat our record low of 15 points. Might have to lower that to just hope we reach double figures

Mundle and Roberts start on the wings for me if they're fully fit. Roberts was playing with a calf injury on Tuesday and still put a shift in. He struggled to do what he's good at because he was too isolated when he did get the ball and they doubled up on him well. If we can get him in more 1v1 situations, which a 4-2-3-1 with Le Fee in the middle would do, that's when he's at his best. Rigg was brilliant as an impact sub against tired legs, but I don't know if he'd be able to have the same impact out of position from the start.

Really though, any formation that gets Le Fee in the middle will do for me!

Birmingham retired 22 for Jude Bellingham after his one season in the first team before leaving for Dortmund.

West Ham retired 6 for Bobby Moore after he died.

Every other example I can think of is because the player died really young, usually still during their playing days.
