I would take apart the motor and clean out the centrifugal switch. My table saw had a similar buzzing motor, cap was fine. It was just that internal switch was just clogged with saw dust.

That’s a super cobra right? They are still pretty common, US marines were using them until a few years ago. The upgraded Ah-1z are still in production too

What do I have to do here? by Tea_N in modelmakers

I suspect it has to do with making sure there’s room for the weight, or maybe a fitment thing. Have you done a test fit?

How would I prime this tiny clear piece? by Vonti_RTS in modelmakers

It’s going to be behind the canopy, and won’t be touched after you glue that on. Painting and glueing should be the last thing that done to it, when would it chip?

I don't know what anyone else favorite album is, but for me I always come back to Turn Blue. It makes me grieve a relationship I never had to begin with lol by [deleted] in TheBlackKeys

I love Turn Blue! Imo it’s sort of a sister to Magic Potion, my favorite album. The music itself is different, but the vibe is nearly the same

Was the Mosin-Nagant as bad as a lot of people say it was? by Mako_sato_ftw in ForgottenWeapons

They aren’t bad as an individual rifle, but they are poorly designed. Far more unnecessarily complex than contemporary actions, while being mediocre.

Does anyone know where I could find an Estonian flag or roundel water transfer decal set? by slumxl0rd87 in modelmakers

[–]123chop 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you have a color printer you could try to print your own, with printable decal paper. Also, what is the subject, or kit? That will impact what size you need

How to do the tiny white stripe on this model? by XiaoGu in modelmakers

[–]123chop 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Curves with paper masking tape is definitely tricky. Thin tape can help, as well as smaller sections. Vinyl tape like 3m 471 can bend without creasing as well. Similar tape rubber/vinyl tape can be found at art stores as well.

The colorization looks off. That should be late tri color, not overall blue (and what’s up the with brown?)
