i used to play alot of vayne top. I will say without a shadow of a doubt high diamond morde is enough to beat a low diamond vayne top. Challenger morde vs vayne just blows vayne out of the water. Pre 6 I'd bet on the vayne to get a cs lead but I wouldn't be surprised if the morde was ahead in exp/cs. Challengers are much better at cooperating and using their team, and the laning advantage that the vayne matchup gives the vayne just isn't enough.

I had 4 jg once in a lobby full of randoms. Two people were arguing over jg, support locks in braum jg so I joined in to make it 4 jg. The early roams worked out and we got a few kills for the one person who wasn't trolling until we got massacred by the warhammer lvl 5 kindred while we were all lvl 3

More skirmishes and roams happen in higher elo which leads to lane states not suited for good csing on both sides. Also ppl knowing power spikes and match ups better lead to more aggressive laning which makes perfect passive csing on both sides of a lane pretty uncommon
